This weeks goals:
- Drink at least 80 ounces of water a day
- Work out 2 to 3 days
- Journal every bite and exercise
- Go to a class at my gym
- Blog at least twice this week on my feelings thoughts, progress.
- Support my fellow chicks
This a blog about my journey of losing weight and getting healthy for myself. I'll be sharing the ups and downs the good days and the bad. One way or another I will reach my goal!

ReplyDeleteOn target goals. I like the idea of tracking everything to gauge what the areas of weakness, concern, strength, etc are. Good thinking...
